AWWG continuously evolves, pushing the limits and defying the status quo to create value through innovative, aspirational, and sustainable products that prioritize excellence, craftsmanship, differentiation, and quality.The project!As a SAP SD Coordinator you will lead and optimize our wholesale and e-commerce sales processes within our SAP environment. You will be responsible for project management, incident resolution, system configuration and integration with third-party systems, including EDI platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Retail sector business processes, leadership skills to coordinate external teams, and excellent English communication skills. Also, you will take part in prepare and manage the transition to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring the solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.What will the role entail?- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP SD modules, with a special focus on wholesale and e-commerce business processes.- Manage and optimize business processes related to sales, deliveries, billing, pricing, and returns for wholesale and e-commerce channels.- Design, configure, test, and document SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements.- Manage and oversee integrations with third-party systems (WMS, e-commerce platforms, CRM, payment gateways, etc.), ensuring correct functionality and data flow.- Supervise and coordinate the configuration and maintenance of EDI integrations (IDoc mapping, communication with partners, error resolution).- Act as a point of reference for resolving complex incidents, coordinating and delegating tasks to an external team of consultants and ensuring their proper resolution.- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, propose efficient solutions, and manage expectations.- Lead and participate in improvement projects, roll-outs, and upgrades of the SAP SD system.- Develop functional documentation, as well as user manuals and training materials.- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SAP SD and related technologies.What do we offer?Great international working environment.Remote Work on Fridays.Flexible working hours.Flexible benefits.Discount on the brands of the Group.- Free company shuttle to the offices from Barcelona center.

What will you do? - Coordinate logistics for internal participant selection and invitations. - Support translation of corporate material into local language when needed. - Prepares onboarding material for new comers and others upon request from Retail Learning Manager. - Organize logistics of meeting rooms, meals, hotel bookings, entertainment - Coordinate feedback from participants after training completion. - Updates LMS training database to track internal training paths. - Supports Retail Learning team in delivery and organization of onboarding for new employees. REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE Graduated from Business School or Business Administration required.A previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is required, in the retail field and/or HR department will be positively considered. It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law (Must have obtained a Bachelor or Master degree within the past 3 years). Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week. Start date: June 2025.
